4444x Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 4444x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 4444x website located at https://4444x.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise participating in any activity on 4444x, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 4444x. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 4444x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 4444x reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of any information provided.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 4444x, any affiliated entity, or any game provider whose products are available on the platform.

4444x reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that any eligibility condition has not been met or has ceased to be met after registration.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 4444x account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode or authentication token. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

4444x strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP using their registered Bangladeshi mobile number. While 2FA is available to all players, you remain personally responsible for any activity conducted from your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you notify 4444x of any suspected unauthorised access.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 4444x support immediately at [email protected]. 4444x will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. However, 4444x accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification being received.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and financial information associated with your account remains current and accurate. Material changes — including changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or primary payment method — must be communicated to 4444x support promptly.

4444x accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. All account balances are maintained in BDT. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• bKash — Mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited
• Nagad — Digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile financial service operated by UCB Fintech Company Limited

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher deposit amounts may require additional identity verification as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. 4444x does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your 4444x BDT wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a delayed credit, you should retain your transaction reference number and contact support. 4444x accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network issues.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds. Third-party payments — where the payment method is registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. Any funds deposited via a third-party payment method may be forfeited and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability and the completion of applicable KYC verification requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Silver tier accounts: Processing within 24 hours of request approval
• Gold tier accounts: Processing within 12 hours of request approval
• Diamond tier accounts: Processing within 4 hours of request approval
• Black Diamond tier accounts: Processing within 30 minutes of request approval

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 4444x reserves the right to request documentary identity verification — including National Identity Card (NID) documentation — before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

4444x reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the account is subject to an active investigation. In such circumstances, 4444x will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable explanation for the delay, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

4444x may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, VIP rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which will include the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game or market types. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 4444x promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on excluded games or markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• 4444x reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited conduct has occurred.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements have been met.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to claim or receive bonuses during the period of restriction.

All bets and gaming activity on 4444x are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. 4444x reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or other system malfunction that materially affected the outcome or the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. In such circumstances, the stake amount will be returned to the player's BDT wallet.

For live in-play cricket and sports betting markets, bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed on the platform at the precise moment of bet placement. 4444x uses third-party data providers to supply live match data, and whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, 4444x accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of data that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or delayed.

• Chargebacks: Filing an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to funds legitimately deposited and wagered on 4444x.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any player who discovers a technical error must report it to support immediately.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 4444x will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows where practicable.

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
